Monday & Wednesday, 10 AM – 2 PM. Restocking shelves, welcoming neighbours, helping carry bags.
Volunteer
Give your time. Change a life. There is no long form and no interview — just turn up.
Kitchen
From 6:30 AM on pantry days. Prepping, cooking and serving the hot lunch.
Friday unload
Friday mornings. Getting the delivery off the truck and onto the shelves before Monday.
Groups
Companies, churches and schools — we can take groups of 6 to 12.
How to start
There is no long form and no interview. Call or email us and we will tell you which day suits. On your first visit someone works alongside you the whole session.
You need to be 14 or older. Under-18s need permission from an adult.
